The story began when our founder, Alyssa, purchased her own property in Colombia and discovered how foreign the local procedures were. It was challenging to understand market prices and find an agent to represent her and not only the sellers interests, on top of navigating the normal uncertainties of buying property.

Alyssa is a long-standing resident between Cartagena and Medellin, and with her experience and insight into the local real estate market, formed Double Double. Our offering of property consultancy and guidance extends beyond just the transaction. We represent you, the buyer, and are your boots on the ground.
